1. King’s Cross Station🧳

Head to Platform 9¾ and channel your inner Hogwarts student.

You’ll find a luggage trolley halfway through the wall (perfect for photos) and a Harry Potter shop stacked with goodies. It gets busy, so go early if you want that perfect snap!

2. Lambeth Bridge 🚌

Remember when the Knight Bus squeezed between two red London buses? That happened right here in The Prisoner of Azkaban.

It’s a quieter spot, but great for a dramatic Thames-side selfie.

3. Leadenhall Market 🛍️

This gorgeous Victorian arcade was the filming location for Diagon Alley in The Philosopher’s Stone.

A vibrant, covered market arcade with intricate architecture, arched glass ceiling, and shops on both sides. Warm lighting enhances the colorful facades and cobblestone path.

The Leaky Cauldron is actually an optician’s shop here – blink and you’ll miss it!

In the subsequent films, Diagon Alley was mostly filmed at a film studio. You can see the studio set in the Warner Bros Studio Tour in Greater London.

4. Millennium Bridge 🌉

In The Half-Blood Prince, Death Eaters wreak havoc here.

No actual destruction these days – just a sleek pedestrian bridge with epic skyline views and a great snap of St. Paul’s Cathedral.

5. Australia House 🏦

Home to the Australian High Commission – and more importantly, the entrance to Gringotts Bank!

Sadly, it’s not open to the public, but worth a peek from the outside.

6. St. Paul’s Cathedral 🪜

The sweeping staircase featured in The Prisoner of Azkaban is tucked inside this iconic London landmark.

This is where Harry climbs the winding steps to Professor Trelawney’s Divination classroom. It’s officially called the Geometric Staircase and can be seen on special guided tours.

And while you won’t find the Knight Bus here, the views from the dome are spellbinding.

Used in The Order of the Phoenix for Harry and Mr. Weasley’s journey to the Ministry of Magic.
